- Priority Despatch - Priority Despatch means your goods are despatched as soon as possible after we receive your order, we endeavour to despatch all orders received by 1pm Monday-Friday the same day. Mainland UK customers should take delivery of "In Stock" items within 2 working days (Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands may take slightly longer).
Your order will be despatched via either next-day courier service or Royal Mail 1st Class, which means you should expect delivery the next working day (after despatch), however we cant guarantee the speed of courier/postal services used and would recommend you allow 2 working days for goods to arrive.
- How do I select Priority Despatch? - You dont have to, as most of our customers want Priority Despatch its the default option for all UK Mainland orders containing any "In Stock" items.
- How much does Priority Despatch cost? - UK Priority Despatch costs only £3.99 per order regardless of weight, number of items or order value.
The price of International Priority Despatch depends on the weight, package dimensions and shipping destination of your order. Selecting anything other than a UK shipping destination will automatically trigger a delivery quotation request from us, which well respond to as quickly as possible. You will then have the option to view your delivery quotation before completing the order and making payment.
- Will I receive my order any sooner if I choose Priority Despatch? - Yes you will, we process Priority Despatch orders before all others.
We will despatch all items we have in stock straight away and place the remainder on back order for you. These items are despatched as a priority as soon as they have all come back into stock.
- Free Delivery Option - Roofrackshop.com free delivery option gives you free delivery on orders of any value to any Mainland UK destination, but please allow an additional 3-5 working days.
- How do I select the free delivery option? - You can select your preferrred delivery option at the checkout.
- Will I automatically get free delivery on my order? - No if your order contains any "In Stock" items Priority Despatch is automatically selected, you need to select free delivery at the checkout.
- Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery? - Yes we process orders where Priority Despatch has been paid for before all others, this is our most popular shipping option.

- What if I want some items really quickly? - Pay for PRIORITY DESPATCH in the normal way - that way all "In Stock" items will be despatched immediately.
