Delivery Service & Shipping Rates – Mainland UK
Delivery of any product to a Mainland UK Address is included within the price displayed on www.roofrackshop.com. All deliveries are made by our contracted delivery company or for smaller items Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Goods are shipped Monday to Friday, no shipping or delivery Saturday and Sunday.
No liability will be accepted for consequential losses incurred as a result of delayed delivery, unless explicitly stated in writing by a member of staff prior to ordering.
Delivery Timescale Following Dispatch – Mainland UK
Delivery to most areas of Mainland UK with our contracted delivery company is usually within two working days, following dispatch of your order. The following Scottish postcodes receive two to three working day deliveries: AB51, KW1-KW3, KW5-KW14, IV3, IV21-IV28, HS1-HS8, PH31-PH44.
If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by email and advised of a delivery timescale.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12 Noon the same day.
We offer a “No Signature Required” delivery service with our courier company, allowing you to select from various delivery options, just in case nobody will be at the delivery location to sign for the goods. These details are entered during the checkout procedure.

Please Note: If your order contains a roof box, pipe carrier, Rhino van roof rack, Rhino minibus roof rack, Rhino van roof bars, internal van racking or van bulkhead and the shipping destination is anywhere other than Mainland UK, we will provide you with a delivery cost quotation, before you complete the order process.
For all other products the delivery charges to UK Offshore Islands & Republic of Ireland are listed below:
Isle of Wight (Next working day delivery) - £10.00
Channel Islands (Two working day delivery) - Minimum £10.00 upwards
Scilly Isles (Two working day delivery to St Mary’s, Three
working days elsewhere) - Minimum £10.00 upwards
Isle of Man (Two working day delivery) - £10.00
Northern Ireland (Two working day delivery) - £10.00
Republic of Ireland (Two working day delivery) - Minimum £10.00 upwards
Scottish Offshore Islands (Two working day delivery) - £10.00

A very competitive shipping service to Mainland Europe using a road freight network is available to our customers.
Please Note: If your order contains a roof box, pipe carrier, Rhino van roof rack, Rhino minibus roof rack, internal van racking or van bulkhead, we are unable to ship to Mainland Europe due to the large volumetric dimensions.
We will provide a shipping quotation upon receipt of your order.
Airfreight Delivery Service Available To Most Other Worldwide Destinations
We offer a reliable, door-to-door DHL airfreight shipping service to most worldwide destinations outwith the road freight delivery zone.
Please Note: If your order contains a roof box, pipe carrier, Rhino van roof rack, Rhino minibus roof rack, Rhino van roof bars, internal van racking or van bulkhead, we are unable to ship on an airfreight service due to the large volumetric dimensions.
To obtain a delivery cost quotation for all other products, select products and proceed through the checkout completing your details as requested and click the “Get Delivery Cost” button, when it appears. Our system will send us an email requesting the quotation and we will contact you, also via email, as soon as possible with a delivery cost.
If you are happy with the delivery charge and wish to complete the transaction, log back onto our website using the order reference supplied in your email. The confirmed delivery charge will be shown within the checkout, allowing you to complete the transaction by entering your payment details within the HSBC Secure ePayments site.
